The VietNam visa photo size requirement is 4 x 6 cm but it’s not so strict at all. Therefore, a bit smaller or larger one can be accepted.

There are two kinds of Vietnam visa fees that you have to pay to get visa on arrival to Vietnam, including visa service fee and visa stamping fee:     1. When having this approval letter, you need to print it out for boarding airplane. The police officer in the airport in your country will check it and allow you to board the plane. (Those who do not have the visa approval letter will be not allowed for boarding). At the airport, the corresponding authority will verify the details on the approval letter based on your passport and travel documents. Vietnam allows nationals of 17 countries to enter Vietnam without a visa for varying time periods, most of the countries being members of the ASEAN: Thailand,Singapore,Indonesia,Malaysia,Cambodia,Lao,Kyrgyzstan passport holders (valid for 30 days) Philippines passport holders (valid for 21 days) South Korea, Japan, Russian, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland passport holders) (valid for 15 days) - required to hold a passport valid for at least 6 months on arrival and they also must make 30 day pause between two arrivals. What is Vietnam visa on arrival? Vietnam Visa on arrival is the type of visa picked up at Vietnam airports. Visa on arrival (VOA) is the most comfortable way to obtain Vietnam visa without wasting time. When applying for Vietnam visa upon arrival, your visa approval letter will be issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. So it's a legitimate document and fully supported by Vietnamese Government. With Visa on arrival, tourists will get their Vietnam visa stamped at Vietnam Airports so it's applicable to air travelers only. However, you are free to exit at any ports. For this type of visa, you need to submit Vietnam approval letter together with your passport (at least 6 months validity), two passport-sized photos, entry and exit form and stamping fee to Immigration Officers at the airport, the visa will be stamped onto your passport.
